may not be available for some import vehicles from Japan, or
may have a different name.
Delivery
All orders are dispatched on
receipt of order via overnight Courier unless you request otherwise. All
deliveries can be expected the next day and are subject to a small courier
charge.
Stock
We endeavour to carry stocks of all
items listed on this website, and this is updated regularly as new titles are arriving
all the time.
Ordering
If
you are not using the order facility on the website, the preferred method
of ordering is by catalogue code number, ISBN or title. Orders may
be placed on-line, by email, fax, phone or by post.
Back
Orders
You
will be advised of all out-of-stock items and their expected due date at
the time of ordering. Out-of-stock items are normally placed on back-order unless we
are advised otherwise.
Returns
Policy
Goods can be purchased on a sale or return basis by prior arrangement. All returns must
be accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice or invoice number.
All Returns must be in a resaleable condition and will be credited at the invoiced
price. Freight and Courier charges will not be refunded unless the
order resulted from an error on the part of Pace Publications. Goods
are not returnable after 14 days, and may be subject to a
$5.00 processing fee
Prices
All prices are quoted
in NZ$. They are the recommended retail price (RRP) and include GST. The
RRP is subject to a resellers discount. The RRP may change without
notice.
Terms of
Credit
Payment for all goods is due on or before the 20th of
the month following delivery. Payment may be made either by Cheque or
Direct Credit. Credit cards are not accepted for account payments. All goods remain the property of
Pace Publications until paid for in full. Accounts overdue by more than 3
months may be placed with a Debt Collection
agency.
